Board of Directors

There are 10 members of the Board of Directors elected by the General Convention for a term of 4 years. The Board administers the corporate powers of the Association; protects its Charter; construes the By-Laws of the Association and performs any and all other things it deems advisable to carry out the objectives of the Association.
