Fraternal Activities
Annual Bowling Tournament
and Scholarship Days
The Annual Bowling Tournament and
Scholarship Days is one of the Association’s annual
fraternal events. Dozens of teams and hundreds of
members and guests from across the nation gather for two
days of friendly competition and fraternal fellowship to
benefit the William Penn Fraternal Association
Scholarship Foundation, Inc.
All eligible adult life
benefit members have a chance to win $10,000 for a
perfect 300 game. The pursuit of that prize and
additional prizes has added more fun and excitement to
the tournament. In conjunction with this tournament, the
Association started a Juvenile Bowling Event in 1997 and
have continued it every year since. The success of these
events has reinforced a fraternal gathering that all
members can enjoy. Also added in 1997, adult life
benefit members attending the awards banquet have
participated in our Vacation and Mystery Auctions.
Our thanks and appreciation
goes to the co-administrators, tournament administrator,
tournament secretary, home office employees and
volunteers who work diligently to ensure the success of
the bowling events.
