10 Year Renewable & Convertible Level Term to Age 75

This plan offers you valuable insurance protection at very affordable rates. The death benefit is level and premiums are level and payable for ten years. At the end of each ten year period, benefits may be renewed at the option of the insured upon payment of premium applicable to their nearest age.

The intended minimum face amount of insurance is $25,000 at ages 16 through 50 and $10,000 at ages 51 and over. There is no certificate fee for face amount of $75,000 and up. There is a $50 certificate fee for face amounts under $75,000.

The maximum issue ages are 16 through 65. The plan is renewable to age 75 only. New York expiry is age 70.
